- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I'm giving this branch a one-star review, not because the teller wasn't fantastic, but the branch manager, when asked why there was a $10 fee for a cashier's check, either could not, or chose not to explain the reason. Instead, he simply said it could not be waived. This tells me that your branch managers are either not empowered enough to wave a $10 fee, or that their sense of customer service is so skewed that an explanation of a simple fee is not worth their time. I am not a "big deal" customer, just an average one, but I think it's reasonable to expect a BRANCH MANAGER to take the time while he's visibly standing around to explain a simple fee.By Drew Shaw, April 27, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This bank should be called, "Bank of Mexico". Both times that I entered, I noticed that there was not 1 white or black employee, only Hispanics working there. Also, mostly Hispanics banking there. There is Latino music playing and the employees talk to each other in Spanish, rude. One of the employees was talking in English to another about how lazy one of the drive through customers were. Really?
