That was above and beyond and definitely gave my loyalty to her as my agent. I also love that she knows and reviews my policies to make sure I am covered and getting the best deal available. Susanna and her staff (we work directly with Jill) are knowledgeable, responsive and explain your coverage and options very well. We are always treated with respect (almost like family).
